*kannabi
In ancient Shintoism, there are mountains and forests called as “Kannabi” in which a god lives hidden.
As Shinto being a part of animism, Kannabi is an embodiment of appreciation, awe and respect to the nature.
Mt. Fuji, as a sacred mountain is also called a Kannabi which represents that the place or object is the point
where a quieted god always dwells or secretly lives in utsushiyo(in this world).
